Group practice is an incredible tool for bolstering individual progress. Small Group training gives you access to customized workout plans and coaching, with shared in-person sessions with a group of 4-6 people.
Periodically we bring in movement professionals to teach members and our staff updated movement styles and safety procedures. This will be the launch space for these workshops. Please check back in here for new offerings.
