Aging Gracefully is a class designed with the specific needs of people 55 and over. You will use your own body weight, Pilates reformers, resistance bands and light kettlebells. Our goal is to improve your mobility and flexibility, agility, and balance while toning and strengthening your entire body to improve your overall movement quality.
