The program delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It’s specialty is not specializing. Our class is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of experience. The program can be used for elderly individuals to professional athletes preparing for their season. Load and intensity are scaled to meet the demands of the individual; not the program. These classes are for everyone!

 

KidFit

Our kids program develops cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and coordination, and adds in elements which encourage bone density development and cross-body movements. These classes are designed for ages 7-12.

Aging Gracefully

Aging Gracefully is a class designed with the specific needs of people 55 and over. You will use your own body weight, Pilates reformers, resistance bands and light kettlebells. Our goal is to improve your mobility and flexibility, agility, and balance while toning and strengthening your entire body to improve your overall movement quality. Come feel better, move better and be in community!

 
Class Booking
  • You must book your spot on Mindbody ahead of time - class space is limited!

  • We are not currently accepting drop-ins.

  • There is a $10 fee associated with class no-shows - please be sure to attend classes you sign up for.

COVID-19 Policies
  • If you have been exposed to a person who is exhibiting symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19 - email hello@sparkfitlr.com as soon as possible.

  • You may not participate if you:

    • Have a cough, shortness of breath or other symptoms typical of COVID-19 in the last 14 days

    • Have had contact with a person known to be infected with COVID-19 within the previous 14 days

  • What to expect:

    • You will be supplied with sanitizing materials to use on anything you touch

What to Bring
  • Bring your own:

    • Mask - Vaccinated members aren't required to wear a mask when working out. 

    • Water Bottle - We will not be allowing access to the community water fountain - please remember to bring your own

  • Please do NOT bring:

    • Guests unless they have been successfully checked into the class on Mindbody and are fully aware of the rules

    • Any unnecessary personal belongings
